What happens after you buy?
One-time packs do not renew. Current pack credits have no scheduled expiry. Unspent credits stay in your balance and can be combined with your next purchase. Spend the same balance on any supported duration.
Monthly renews automatically at $19.90 for 1,500 credits per month until canceled. Current monthly credits have no scheduled expiry. Manage renewal in Account → Billing.
When a generation is confirmed failed, reserved credits are returned. This restores your credit balance; it is not a cash refund.
Prices are in USD. Checkout shows any applicable tax and the final total before payment.
Pricing questions
Which pack covers my video?
Reference costs: 5s = 200 credits, 10s = 300, 15s = 500. Quick has 300 credits: one 10s video, or one 5s video with 100 credits left. Single has 700: one 15s video plus a 5s video, or other combinations. Leftover credits stay in your balance. Check the studio quote for your mode before generating.
Does a subscription include unlimited videos?
No. Monthly adds 1,500 credits each paid billing period: enough for three 15-second videos or a mix of shorter clips. Cancel renewal in your account’s Billing page.
Can I get a purchase refunded?
Purchase refunds are reviewed case by case. Contact support with your order ID and the issue. Failed-generation credit restoration is separate from purchase refunds; see the Refund Policy.
