Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

The service creates fictional AI zombie encounters and reunions from two reference photos. It provides photo preparation, paid video generation, saved videos and credit-based billing. Supported models, output formats and availability can change; review the current studio settings before submitting.

Adults, photos and permission

You must be at least 18 years old to use paid generation. Upload only consenting adults, or one consenting adult and a pet you own or have permission to depict. Do not upload photos of children. The permission checkbox records your confirmation; it is not an independent identity or age verification.

You must have the rights and permission needed to upload and process each photo. Do not impersonate someone, submit another person's private photos without consent, or use the service to harass, defame or mislead others. Pet stories must remain fictional and non-graphic.

AI processing and results

Your photos and story instructions are sent to the selected model provider named in the studio. Supported services include Replicate and Volcengine Ark. Outputs may vary in identity resemblance, motion, timing and sound. Demos and reference films show story direction, not a guarantee that your result will match them.

Review a completed clip before sharing. You are responsible for how you use or publish it. Do not present generated fiction as evidence of real events. Free prompt examples are planning material for tools that accept custom prompts; this studio uses built-in story direction.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

Generation uses credits at the quote shown before confirmation. Current rates are 200 credits for 5 seconds, 300 for 10 seconds and 500 for 15 seconds. Check your balance and the quote before submitting; a new generation uses a new credit reservation.

One-time packs do not renew. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; use Account → Billing and review the effective cancellation date. Current packs and monthly credits have no scheduled expiry. Prices are in USD; checkout shows applicable tax and the final amount.

A confirmed technical generation failure restores that task's reserved credits. Credit restoration is separate from a purchase refund. Purchase refund requests are reviewed case by case under the Refund Policy. Deleting a completed video does not restore its credits. Cancellation stops renewal and does not automatically refund previous payments.

Intellectual Property

You retain the rights you already have in your uploaded photos. You give us permission to process them and use the necessary service providers to deliver the requested generation, storage and support. This does not transfer ownership of your original photos to us.

Rights in generated content can depend on applicable law, the input material and provider terms; we do not promise exclusive ownership or clearance of third-party rights. Use content only where you have the necessary permission. The service software and original site content remain subject to their respective rights. Externally credited reference films are not represented as our original studio outputs.

Retention and deletion

Local photo drafts expire 24 hours after the latest studio activity and are cleared when next opened. Use Clear photos on this device for immediate removal of the current draft. Saved video copies have no scheduled expiry and remain until deleted or wider account-data deletion is processed.

After generation and saving finish, use Delete video in My videos to remove account access, our stored video copy and task media references. Billing records may remain. Model-provider copies follow their own retention rules; removing a local draft or account video does not guarantee immediate provider deletion. Read the Privacy Policy for the data flow and provider-specific details.

Termination

We may restrict access for violations of these terms or misuse of the service. Contact support for account closure or wider data-deletion requests. Cancel any active subscription separately in Billing so account-data requests do not leave a renewal unresolved.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
