Failed generation versus a purchase refund
A confirmed failed generation restores the credits reserved for that task. Check its status in My videos so the service can confirm failure and return the credits. This restores your credit balance; it is not a refund to your payment card.
If a completed video is waiting to be saved, use Retry saving. Storage retries do not submit a new paid generation.
Purchase refund requests
Purchase refunds are reviewed case by case, as stated in our Terms of Service. There is no blanket cash refund guarantee or published fixed refund window. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Contact support with your order ID, purchase date, the issue and relevant task ID. Do not send full payment card details. Support will review the payment and usage records before deciding the request. If a refund is approved, processing depends on the payment service and your bank.
AI output can vary
Faces, motion, timing and audio are generated and may differ from the demo. A completed generation that does not match a creative preference is not automatically a technical failure. Describe the issue when contacting support so it can be reviewed.
One-time packs
One-time credit packs do not renew. The current packs have no scheduled credit expiry. Deleting a completed video does not refund the credits used to generate it.
Monthly subscriptions
The Monthly plan renews at $19.90 per month for 1,500 credits per paid period until canceled. Current monthly credits have no scheduled expiry. Sign in and use Account → Billing to cancel renewal; review the cancellation confirmation for its effective date. Cancellation stops renewal and is separate from a refund request.
Prices and checkout
Prices are in USD. The payment checkout shows any applicable taxes and the final amount before you confirm. See current plans and the Terms of Service.
